Jaresha Moore Smith, MBA is the Founder/CEO of Empower On Purpose, LLC , where we provide leadership training and personal and professional development coaching and consulting services; Executive Director and Certified Coach, Speaker and Trainer for the John Maxwell Team, best-selling author, success and empowerment coach with over 18 years of combined experience in Education, Finance, Healthcare, and Business Management and Development and Sales; Owner of Envisioned Broadcasting Radio Station and host of Empower Hour with Jaresha.
Born and raised in Dayton Ohio, Jaresha ‘s passion lies in motivating, inspiring and empowering emerging leaders, entrepreneurs, and business professionals .
As a previous single mother of 4, Jaresha identifies with the challenges that one faces with adversity, fears, self-doubt and the many obstacles that life tends to send our way. As a result, she has used her experiences and training to build a successful brand, business and legacy for her children. Jaresha believes that when life gives us lemons, that is a way to not only make lemonade but turn it in to an opportunity to use that lemon to teach and empower others.
